  •  4 cups of cooked rice

  •  100 grams of ham, cut into small cubes
  •  1 grated carrot
  •  2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  •  2 eggs
  •  1 cup of milk tea

  •  3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
