  • 1/2 kg of wheat flour 
  • 200 g of melted butter 
  • 1 pinch of salt 
  • milk 


  • 500 g ricotta 
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar 


Prepare a dough of regular consistency with the flour, salt and milk. Make balls and, with a rolling pin, form small discs. Spread the butter over each one. Then fold them in half, stretch them again and finally form strips. Roll the strips into straws. Close one of the ends and fill with the ricotta, well mashed with sugar. Bake in a moderate oven until golden.
