  • 1 kg of ground beef (I use chuck)
  • 1 smoked pepperoni sausage
  • 100 g of bacon
  • 1 packet of onion cream
  • 1/2 onion well-mashed
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Chopped parsley and chives to taste
  • 1 cup chopped mint
  • Black pepper to taste


Grind the meat together with the pepperoni sausage and bacon 2 times. Then add all the other ingredients until you form a very homogeneous mass. Place in the freezer to rest and give consistency for about 30 minutes. After that time, place on a wooden barbecue skewer. Bake on a barbecue.
