  • ½ kg of cassava
  • ½ kg of manioc
  • ½ kg of carrot
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped bacon
  • 3 spoons of chopped parsley
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 2 chopped onions
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste

Preparation Kenga broth

In the pressure cooker, heat the oil and also brown an onion.

Now add the chicken breast in even large pieces.

Put the manioc, the carrot and also the manioc.

Add the seasonings (pepper, salt, nutmeg and oregano).

Add about ½ liter of water and let it cook until all the ingredients soften.

Once cooked, remove the chicken breast, shred and set aside.

Blend everything in the blender: cassava, manioc and carrots with the water resulting from cooking.

In another pan, brown the garlic and the other onion. It's time to add the bacon too, fry well. Add the shredded chicken and let it cook a little longer.

Add the mixture to the broth and, when it boils, add the green smell.
