  • 2 large onions
  • 1 bunch of parsley

  • 1 sliced ​​tomato
  • 300g sliced ​​heart of palm


Sauté the prawns seasoned with lemon, salt and pepper in olive oil. Add the onions, the peeled and chopped tomatoes and the sliced ​​hearts of palm. Remove from heat and set aside. Mix the flours together and moisten them slightly with warm brine until combined. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. Then add the parsley, chives, chopped coriander and bay leaf, mix well and add the sautéed shrimp and olives. Grease the couscous bowl and place the ingredients to decorate: start with the boiled eggs, the tomatoes, the hearts of palm and, finally, the shrimp pasta. Press until you get a firm dough. Bring to a boil for as long as necessary.
