250 g of tender meat
3 large chopped tomatoes
1 large chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 clove of garlic pounded with salt
1/2 kg of small and tender okra
3 sprigs of coriander 

Way of doing: 

Saute meat and onion in butter. Add the tomatoes and garlic, pour 3 large cups of boiling water. Let it cook well on low heat. In the meantime, prepare the okra: wash them well and dry them with a dry cloth. Break the thin end of each one, separating the ones whose ends bend (they are hard and don't fit). Cut off the heads of the chosen okra. Fry them in butter, browning them lightly. Take them out and place them on absorbent paper. Place the okra in the meat sauté, adding more water. Let it cook until the broth thickens. Five minutes before serving, add the cilantro. Serve with rice.
