Ingredients Vegan skewers

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 eggplant
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • Smoked Tofu (cubed, yields 14 pieces)
  • Vegetable sausage (in slices, we use 2)
  • Yellow pepper
  • Onion
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 cc of salt
  • 1 tsp of hot paprika

Preparation Vegan skewers

Cut all the ingredients, except for the tomatoes.

Marinate the zucchini and eggplant in soy sauce, olive oil, paprika and salt for 1 hour in the fridge.

Drain the liquid, assemble the skewers and grill until golden.
