- Black pepper to taste

- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 lemon juice

- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 5 sliced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of dende
- 60 ml of olive oil
- 200ml coconut milk
- parsley to taste
- Coriander to taste
How to make Baiana Fish Moqueca
Washing the fish with the juice of 2 lemons. Then season.
In a bowl, season the fish with salt, juice of 1 lemon, black pepper and garlic. Mix well and set aside to get a good seasoning.
