  • 1 and 1⁄2 teaspoons of chemical yeast
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt

  • 100 grams butter
  • 250 ml of whole milk
  • The juice of 1⁄2 lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 grams of 70% cocoa chocolate

How to make Chocolate Muffins


First, mix the solid ingredients, flour, cocoa, yeast and salt. Reserve.

Mix whole milk with the juice of half a lemon. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Melt the butter in the microwave and set it aside.
