Chocolate Pancake Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 220 grams of wheat flour
  • 1⁄2 sachet of yeast
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Sal Island
  • chocolate to melt

How to make Chocolate Pancake

Start preparing the pancakes by sifting the flour. Then make a hole in the center and pour in the yeast. Stir a little so that the ingredients combine well.

Beat the eggs now, until there isn't a single lump. Pour the cup of milk, two tablespoons of sugar and a tablespoon of butter. Stir well until they are well combined.

Pour the flour mixed with the yeast into the egg bowl now and beat using a mixer, until the result is a very creamy type of dough, in which the ingredients are indistinguishable from each other.

Put a skillet on the fire, with low power, pour a teaspoon of oil and spread it well throughout the skillet.

Pour some of the dough you made and let it be made until you start to see bubbles. Then turn it over so it can be done on the other side. You will have to repeat the process until you finish the dough.

To prepare the chocolate, simply place the chocolate in a microwave-safe container, add a tablespoon of milk or butter and let the mixture dilute. Then pour over the pancakes.

Another option is to melt some of your favorite chocolate bars; black, white, with almonds… and use it as a topping for pancakes.

Wrapping Up

Or, if you want the pancakes to be chocolate, add the melted chocolate to the mixture or cocoa powder when you beat the eggs.
