Banana and Cinnamon Bread Recipe


  • 2 and 1/2 cups (tea) of rice flour; 
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder;
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • 10g of dry yeast;
  • 2 medium bananas, chopped into slices; 
  • 1 cup (tea) of soy milk.

Method of preparation:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the bananas. Knead a lot until it doesn't stick to your hands, set it aside and let it rise for about an hour. Add the bananas, dividing into 6 measures of dough of the desired size to form the breads. Let them rise again on baking sheets greased with vegetable cream. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 40 minutes or until golden on top. Your Banana and Cinnamon Bread is ready, enjoy.
