  • 4 eggs 
  • 3 spoons (soup) of oil 
  • 1 and 1/3 cup of golden flaxseed flour 
  • 2/3 cup (tea) of almond flour  
  • 1 teaspoon of salt 
  • 1 cup (tea) of water 
  • 1 tablespoon of cake yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed

Method of preparation:

In a mixer running, add the eggs, olive oil, flaxseed meal, almond meal, salt and herbs and beat quickly. Add the water and beat some more. Turn off the mixer and add the yeast. 

Mix well with the help of a spoon. Arrange the dough in a greased English cake form, and add the flaxseeds on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. Then serve your flaxseed bread and good meal.
