Ingredients for Biscuit Pave
- 600 ml of whipped cream
- 390 grams of condensed milk
- 2 greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 packet square or rectangular cookies
- Instant coffee or instant cocoa for dipping cookies
- 1 bar of 50% cocoa chocolate to melt
- 150 ml of milk
- 50 grams of corn starch
How to make Biscuit Pave
Undoing the cornstarch in the milk and putting it in a pan and bringing it to a boil over low heat. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until melted. Turn off the fire.
In a mixer add the whipped cream and beat, then gently add the condensed milk, yogurt and honey. Mix until everything is integrated.
Take an elongated mold and apply cling film. Place a first layer of cream on the bottom of the mold.
To better wet the cookies, dip the cookies in the coffee or cocoa and place them in the mold, in the cream layer until you cover the cream.
Spread a layer of chocolate and cover again with another layer of cookies, then put another layer of cream, cookies, chocolate… And so on until you end up with a layer of cream.
Put at least two hours in the freezer.
