How to make Kit Kat Pave

Melt the chocolate bar in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 30 seconds, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn. Add 30 and 1/1 cx of milk cream and mix everything very well and set aside.

In a pan, place the milk, corn starch and powdered milk, mixing well until dissolved, then add the condensed milk and 1 box of cream.

Bring to a low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and as soon as it boils, keep stirring for another 4 minutes. Remove from heat, pour into a bowl and cover with plastic in contact and let cool.

In the refractory, make the first layer of cream, then cover with the chocolate cornstarch cookies moistened in milk. Pour in a layer of the chocolate ganache, some chopped kit kat and the cream again.
