How to Make Lemon Pudding with Condensed Milk

In the blender cup, add the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice. Beat for 1 minute, now add the gelatin and beat for another 5 minutes.

Grease the mold with a thread of oil so it doesn't stick and makes it easier when you unmould. Pour the entire mixture into the mold to freeze for about 3 hours or until firm.

After freezing, unmold and decorate with lemon zest and, if you prefer, place a few very thin slices of lemon. Ready. just serve.
