Gluten Free Orange Biscuit Recipe


  • 2 Cups of Rice Flour 
  • 1 Cup of Corn Starch 
  • 1/4 cup of sugar (tea) 
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of Natural Orange Juice 
  • 1/2 Cup (tea) of Vegetable Cream
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 Pinch of Salt 
  • Orange zest to taste 


  1. Combine the sifted rice flour, cornstarch and salt in a bowl.  
  1. Add the orange juice, vegetable cream, orange zest and egg. Mix with your hands until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
  1. Roll out onto a floured surface and cut the cookies into rectangles.
  1. Place the cookies on a baking sheet greased with a little vegetable cream and rice flour and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
