Pour the spices into the water and bring to a boil.

Cut the cheeses into cubes.

In a pan, place the rice, minced garlic and a spoon of margarine, let it fry for approximately 5 minutes.

Add a small amount of water and stir until the water dries up. Then, repeat this procedure for 40 minutes, always stirring the rice so it doesn't stick.

The rice should be al dente, but not hard. When it reaches this consistency, add the already chopped cheeses and the curd.

Keep stirring until the cheeses melt, then turn off the heat.
