Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) sour flour 
  • 1 egg yolk 
  • 1/2 cup of tea
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of soy milk 
  • 1/2 cup (tea) hot water 
  • Salt to taste 

Method of preparation:

Combine all the ingredients in a container and mix well. Finally, add the hot water little by little, making sure the dough is not too soft. Beat until you get a homogeneous mass. 

Put the dough in a plastic bag, and make a hole in one end. In a shape, model the threads in the shape of your choice, squeezing the bag so that the dough comes out through the hole. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C. Leave it in the oven until the Rosca de Polvilho is golden. Soon she is ready.
