Sauté the fresh shrimp in the same way, that is, with 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic and 3 tomatoes, and also let it cook over low heat. Soften the bread in a little coconut milk. In the meantime, blend the remaining onions and garlic cloves, plus the peanuts, cashews and dried shrimp, peeled and de-headed, in a food processor and set aside. Then boil the shrimp heads, and reserve the broth. Put palm oil in a pan, add the rest of the coconut milk and heat until boiling.
